When the plans are fully developed, we handle the complicated process of securing your municipal building permits and ready our crews for construction. From land surveys right through design, permits and construction we have the expertise to build your project exactly as you envisioned it, while remaining flexible to your changes. We can also include an interior designer on your project for all selections, making the process of choosing finishes and colours even easier. Our full service approach saves you time and makes the custom building process easy and painless. As professional new home builders we directly warrant all work, so we ensure it's done to high standards of quality and workmanship, we provide a 2-5-10 year new-home warranty on all new residential construction and a 2 year warranty on all renovations and commercial construction.
We are licensed residential home builders who understand that clients can be further along in the new home building or renovation process, so if you already have a detailed set of drawings for your project we can provide you with a quote to build.
